Operating a 24-hour front desk, it features free parking and provides an array of activities for team-building trips.  The property is about a 25-minute drive from Sultan Ismail Petra International Airport. Billion Shopping Centre is within 5.5 km away, while Kota Bharu Mall is accessible with a 6.3 km drive.

Offering garden and river views, air-conditioned rooms and bungalows come with a wardrobe, clothes rack, a desk and a TV. Electric kettle and refrigerator are also included. The attached bathroom has shower facility, towels and free toiletries.  At Min House Camp, guests can enjoy fishing, canoeing, cycling and trekking at extra charges. Laundry, fax/photocopying and massage services are also available upon request. Airport transfers can be arranged at a surcharge.
