WELCOME TO MIN HOUSE CAMP

Located on the edge of Kota Bharu town, Min House Camp in Kubang Kerian promises every visitor a wonderful nature experience, appealing mainly to those who enjoy discovering flora and fauna in the outdoors. The compound area of the camp houses a variety of facilities ranging from chalets, multipurpose halls, a bee farm, a firefly garden, an organic farm, mini petting zoo and even hosts water sport activities such as kayaking, river bathing, fishing and clam digging.

One of the interesting highlights here is to go for fireflywatching at night. You will be taken on a boat ride and stop in an area where you can witness beautiful fireflies sighting that lights up the place naturally! The boat ride for the firefly-watching starts operating from 8pm to 11pm. Other than that, visitors can also engage in the many cultural activities offered including handicraft-making, cooking lessons, traditional games and watch cultural performances such as the wayang kulit (shadow play) and dikir barat (a Kelantanese traditional dance).

Our area is OKU friendly, suitable for special needs & disable person. Most of the facilities in Min House Camp are accessible by wheelchair. We are located less than 2km from Hospital Universiti Sains Malaysia (main hospital in east coast of peninsular Malaysia) and some of long-term patient are prefer to stay at our place. The owner of Min House Camp is the President of Kelantan’s Down Syndrome Association and this camp is designed based on their activities.

Min House Camp has attracted many local & international tourists who favour an atypical experience in the countryside for their holiday. We also receive many volunteers from Walkaway. Set amidst lush tropical greenery, Min House Camp offers peaceful and comfortable accommodation with free Wifi.

Min House Camp is owned by Muhamad Zanini (Cikgu Zanini) & Wan Noriah (Kak Yah) and managed by Min House Camp Sdn Bhd. ‘Min’ is originated from Abdul Muhamin, special son of Cikgu Zanini & Kak Yah.
